I think I've seen these on eBay for about $150 or more, depending on condition. I believe they are 1940's vintage.
This scale measures about 10 inches tall and wide. See more scales in my Facebook group, Antique Candy Scale Collectors. Feel free to join and share your scales.
It is vintage, but probably copied from the older Staats Money Changer.
