Mine too had different wheels This one (in the pic) has spokes, mine had more solid wheels... much like a Lambretta wheels.
It is a Monarch Moving Picture Machine, silent 35mm movie projector, made in Chicago , Ill. It would have been Hand Cranked. There might be a brass plaque on it that would read "MONARCH MOTION PICT...
I'm from India... I had a red one very similar to this (around 1970). It had a hand brake just below the seat. In this pic, I see a slot below the seat... thats exactly where the hand brake was....
