Usually called "Side-by-Side"Secretary Bookcase Desk circa 1900 difficult to place manufacturer but is certainly one of the more ornate and high end of the period Very Nice
might be a variation of G-Man Cruiser Pedal Car by Pioneer from 1938 if you google that,found one same body shape slightly different headlights but same basic body Great piece!
this is a reproduction made in 1999 sold new for $200 Still is a great piece I have one in my collection mot sure if they are still currently available in that color combo
