Creepy cute doll of unknown origin! - Dolls

I did look around on the dress however I dont think it's the original dress, the inside has many many loose threads which make me think someone custom made the dress or something.
I thought she was one of the generic dolls too, although I didnt see any generics that were musical? Either way she is adorable, and yes! I loved her eyes, usually I don't like these types of dolls m...
