I guess this will remain a "Mystery". Someone must have seen this pic on front of cufflink before or know what the initials mean.

Any ideas on the front?? What it is?? Never seen it before. Just wondering if Barton A. Ballou had a brother and the K stands for the bro 1st name and the B for Ballou??
