They both seem to be fragments of round bangles. They might have had metal fittings at the ends that connected them to each other.
(Both - meaning the lighter stone and this darker green)
Both of those green stones appear to be jade, but even that is a "rabbit hole" of sorts because there are different stones that are called "jade" and are also graded on multiple scales. http://www.ma...
I'm sorry, but it is impossible to identify nearly all cut stones based on color from an image. They must be rated by a gemologist in person.
