Any suggestions as to who the chaies are by?
Is it bronze brass or silver???

Wish I knew who made these??? there are no markings.
Info I Just Recieved: - - - made by stevens & williams ( designed by frederick carder , the man who founded steuben company , england about 1890/1901 - definitely plated mounting.
Thanks for the comment - there are no markings my guess if there were it was on the missing lid. However the silver part is being tested today. I will post the results. Main thing I would like to know...
