thank you walksoftly--aztom seems to have nailed it...it's the basis of a 1919 structo 'build it yourself' car...unfortunately only engine and running gear complete...

hi blunderbuss--the 'motor' is clockwork...unusual in that it has 3 spiral springs in tandem..i assume to prolong the 'run time'. i think there may have been a body on it at one time as the frame has ...
