The people at Baker think it's from a collection called "One World" which lasted for only a couple of years after the highly successful "New World" line. It's walnut, not rosewood.
I had a chair exactly like that from the early eighties bought from Scandinavian Interiors. Verrry comfortable. I gave it to a friend and now I believe it's in her garage (if she hasn't given it away).
