I collect shamrock dairy signs and have only seen a couple of these, I would value it at a couple hundred $ but that's just my guess.

Jimcash, There was a feed mill/feed store in Mesa, Arizona that sold Red Hat Feeds. I seen a picture of the Mill that was taken in the 1960's and it has a Red Hat Feeds sign on the side of the store. ...
Red Hat Feeds was a company in Alabama,a division of Alabama flour mills. They ran a cattle feedlot in 1959 in Decatur, Alabama.
