Hard to tell from photos but be careful--there are similar looking items offered that are essentially treated jade and jade-like substitutes.
You'll get the most accurate information from a gemologist. Try an AGS store or contact the GIA-GTL to submit it for testing.
I'd be interested to buy it, but need more information.
I had a number of these cameos depicting a knight and some carved as scarabs bought from a dealer's old stock. They are what is known as chloromelanite which is a form of jadeite jade.
