The mark is visible in the top apex of the base. It can be magnified to show clearly. looks like a C in inverted brackets and not a circle as first thought.
The base shows a very small mark which looks like a C in a circle?
will post the bottom view of the vase, however as mentioned in my original comment no marks or mfg name?
