Beautiful color! I love Czech jewelry. Probably 1920s or 1930s. Czechoslovakia become a country in 1918 after WWI.
How interesting! You've got an Edwardian "giardenetto" (little garden) brooch...probably silver circa 1910, a Victorian bar pin with taille d'epargne enamel (black)...probably gold filled circa 1880-9...
Your brooch is just stunning! I see the eagle's head (facing right with a crook beak) on the c-clasp, which is the 18K assay mark for Paris. Sometimes we see a horse head which also indicates 18K gol...

Late 1800s Victorian...probably gold filled with paste stones. Manufactured by Bates and Bacon, an Attleboro, Mass. company founded in 1856.
