Btw. it isn't cracked, there is just a fishing line and metal wire to hold the plate on a wall.

I have no idea if it's in latin alphabet or not :/ I tried to look for the signatures you wrote guys, but I found nothing. I don't have the vase near me to photo the base, but I will upload shot asap....
