Thanx Pop_abides it is indeed a Roll-o-meter ! Thanx again !
Sorry when i said sealed I meant that there are no inlets or outlets other than the one one the "neck" you swing the three lugs out of the way and it opens right up. Thanx !
Problem with that is that the bottom "pot" is sealed ! good idea though it could be something used in that industry !
