Pink....:) billretirecoll Thanks, similar to pipe making ...../earthenware.... Mix of orange and red clays.....Pink is the result...the mark was part of the mold or construction before firing........
Could use some assistance in deciphering this early (earthenware ?) Have spent hours and no luck.....Thanks Robert
