This beautiful cut glass creamer was made by Tuthill and you can see the etched signature on the top of the handle, pic 2.

FYI..This is a fake signature on your glass. Tuthill did not cut this pattern. The good news is your piece is American Brilliant Cut Glass from around 1910 or so. There are many fake signatures that were done in the 1970s or so. There was a guy who did the antique show circuit who advertised he could but any signature you wanted on glass. Hawkes, Libbey, Tiffany, Tuthill, Steuben and others. I wish I had a piece with a fake signature, it is sort of unique!

Bummer, are you sure? I am trying to sell this piece for a mom with a disabled son. They really need some money. Do you think it has any value?
      Thanks

Pretty sure, the loop on the signature does not match up with known Tuthill marks. I am afraid it would be a hard sell due to the pattern. Pinwheel pattern is not a high priority for cut glass collectors unless it is on a rare shape. If you want to talk more about this email me corvettemas69@gmail.com I want to hear more about the family who owns this. Take care...Mark
