I bought this tool at a treasure mart in my hometown and the ticket said what am i, so i decided to buy it and try my luck at finding out what it is. It's 13" long an 4" deep with a clamp on each end to clamp down to a work bench and the handle in the center that slide from side to side. If anyone knows what this tool is and does, get back to me with some answers on this item.
    Thanks Lowbec

Could you provide better pics as these are very dark.
I think that I know what it is, but it hard to tell if it is complete or not.

I believe you're right hotairfan, it's different to the one I have.
It sure would be nice if there was a better picture.
