    I made a dream... Was a young princess living in a beautiful castle, with hundred rooms, gardens full of flowers and scents...
    I woke up holding this!
    Ring the bell to call your maid, Madam!
    I specially love the "décrottoir" button: it is for the room where shoes or boots got rid of the mud...
    Haha! No more castle, no more servants... Only mud on my garden shoes!

      Of course, as french this is not victorian! There is no category for NapoleonIII home accessories :-)
      Lot of things were made from ivory at this period, before bakelite came out.
