Another find from Volunteer's of America. This is a really nice piece, I'm pretty sure it's a falcon. The base measures 3" x 5" and the sculpture is 7" tall. It is plaster. There are a few nicks and scrapes, but nothing is broken. It's finish in a sort of antiqued yellowish ivory color with black pupils for his eyes. It's clearly marked E & D SIM 1982 but I can find nothing online about this company. Search at your own risk, I don't know why but the image gallery wasn't pulling up falcons associated with this companies name if you know what I mean. -Mike-

Her is a near twin that has a "AIR FORCE ACADEMY" inscription on the front of the base:

E&D SIMI was incorporated in 1978 but currently not active. approximately 8" height base is 5" x 3.75" marked Air Force Academy on the front and E&D 1982 on the back of base Not positive of it's material but maybe chalk but parts of it feel like wood
