This 23k gold band mens weddingring has a dear story to me. It was made in 1938 by a smith registered 1915-1948 in Dalarna, Sweden. The ring belonged to my grandfather who was a hard working man in a steelworks. I find it incredible that he managed to afford this 23K (!) gold ring at that time. But it is all so right as he and my grandmother, non of them in this life anymore, enjoyed a long, happy and loving marriage together. Love of great fineness, very high carat!
After grandfather had died my grandmother gave the ring to me. Now it is a fond memory of two persons who I miss and love, and also a reminder of how precious life and love really is.
Lovely display, one of my favorite flowers.
