Chinese 18 1/2" Cylinder Vase-Umbrella Stand / Late 20th Century

My last find for the day was this huge Chinese cylinder vase or umbrella stand it's 18 1/2" tall and 8 1/2 " in diameter. Half price at Salvation Army as well so I figured why not. Love the floral design with the birds and butterflies that encircle it. More than likely 70's or 90's in age. It's marked with what looks like a # 31 on the bottom in red with a blurry "Made in China" stamped on the bottom with some Chinese Characters above it. Typical marks for late 20th century export ware. -Mike-
