    I have had these two chairs for about 30 years and bought them from a garage sale in Queensland Australia. They originally had caned seats, but my father removed the broken pieces and replaced it with a ply seat that can be removed. There is a makers mark on the rim that the seat fits into. It is a circle with a capital N in the centre. The circle is topped by a crown with 5 rounded peaks, There is a full stop after the N. I would love to know where the chairs come from and who the maker is. Hoping someone can help. Thank you.
