French Trunk Jules Laquerbe /Maison Burillon

The largest trunk that I own . 46"long 30" ht. of the apex at the dome 24"wide. Removed the destroyed center canvas, refinished the wood (poplar)very deep grain patterns. Saved the end canvas painted black
except for the makers marks stamped on the end of the trunk.They read
Maison Charles Burillon/J. Laquerbe Paris. They were cool so I clear coated them and restored the original "T" painted on each end . The interior is original with a ribbon pattern on the top inside lid. Tray is missing. Color
