I think that a lot of these [maybe all] were designed by Timothy Pfleuger - an art deco architect who worked here in Oakland. I don't know anything about him, but will research more about him one of these days. A friend from North Carolina sent me a photo of a large tiled mirror he found and i recognized it as a Pfleuger piece right away. I may not even have the spelling right!
