The first site is of the Ypsilanti Museum. Give them a call or, if that fails, the Ypsilanti Library research department. The second site reports of a load of "wagons" in 1919 so that gives you a time frame.

You have more info there than you think -- it also says Ypsilanti Michigan -- the LEWIS-GEER Mfg. Co -- is mentioned on the Ypsilanti history blog called DUSTY DIARY -- http://ypsiarchivesdustydiary.blogspot.com/2010/04/porch-swings-and-coat-hangers-and-civic.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+DustyDiary+%28Dusty+Diary%29

They made porch swings and wagons. It looks like very early 1900s to 1930s - the building had been empty "for years" by the 1950s.

You can check with the Ypsilanti library -- they should have city directories that will tell you what years the company was in business.

The Mr.'s Lewis and Geer also started the Michigan Ladder Co. in 1901 -- http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:MDM1a7KMdCsJ:www.americanprofile.com/article/40531.html+Lewis+Geer+YPSILANTI&cd=10&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us

Here's an antique wagon that sold on ebay for $112 -- I think yours is far superior, but I couldn't tell you the value. --http://cgi.ebay.com/EARLY-1900s-ROLLER-BEARING-COASTER-CHILDS-WAGON-NICE-/320558398739?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4aa2c4fd13

I would say 350.00-450.00. I have a friend who sold a very similar one about 10 years ago for 400.00. Nice piece.
