All I know is that it's extremely hard to find any OC coolers or crates for that matter. From the style of font used, I would say the 1930s. It changed by the early 1940s. The dash before the word Crush appears after the word Orange, on the U.S. versions.
Orange Crush & A local Cola drink were the only local soda drinks available in much of Uruguay in 1960-63 when I lived there. Unlike American Crush theirs had pulp in it and had a different flavor. Memories of the olden days!
