I have had this cocktail set for many years; a family item possibly from 1950's or thereabout. Pitcher, 6 cocktail cups, and glass stir stick. Is this a Hazel Atlas set? I've looked at many Hazel Atlas products, but didn't find this particular set. What would be the proper ID -- Frosted Drizzle? Gold Squiggle Spaghetti String? And why the stir stick - what type of cocktail would require this? Any help or suggestions are welcome and would be most appreciated!!
Thanks, antiquerose and Manikin, for looking and loving!
Nice to have the stirrer stil with it, I would say also retro and maybe also for juices which the stirrer would be necessary...just a thought!... :-)
Thanks Inky, appreciate the love and the input; I hadn't thought of it as being used for juices! May very well be a new outlet to search, could possibly be a more productive one!
Thanks for stopping by and loving MelanieJ, appreciate it!
might check West Virginia Glass; they made open handle jugs like this.
Thanks, TallCakes -- I'll start looking now; appreciate it, as always!! Was hoping you'd have a look!
Thank you racer4four, for looking and loving, appreciated!
Aura, thank you for the love; much appreciated!
To Nutsabotas6 and Sean68 -- thank you very much, appreciate it!
Cool set MFT! I love the "drizzle"!
Thanks Rick55, for commenting and loving; and thanks vetraio50 also! I followed TallCakes' lead on the West Virginia Glass, and they were big on the open handle pitchers -- there were some drizzle sets but all seemed to be for tumblers, and their drizzle pattern didn't quite look like mine; Hazel Atlas had a more similar drizzle pattern with their sets, but they didn't appear to do open handles. Sooo, the search continues. Thanks, again, to all for having a look! Still looking for an answer.
Nicefice thanks!
oktreedude, thanks for the love
