I was lucky to come across 2 x varied height Krosno Crystal Candleholders. These were made in Poland and are a beautiful blue colour with a bubble that sits in the heavy base of each them.
The smaller candle holder measures 6"/ 15 cm H and the larger one measures 8" / 20 cm H. I'm guessing vintage? I hope you like them. :)

I have a variety of controlled bubble items like yours in varying forms made in Poland too. Some of mine are made by Bombay. A small sticker with a palm tree on it.
I've examined many Chinese ones, some which I've bought for this sole purpose, and I can tell the difference between the 2 now since not all Polish ones will have their labels.
