    This is a Christmas gift I received that combines two of my favorite things, first aid and railroad equipment all in a 6" x 4" x 3" case.
    The case is made of a leather or leather-like material and it is filled with Acme products just the same as Wiley E Coyote favors.
    The Rock Island Railroad went out of business in 1980 so it is from sometime before that. Using the wild guess method it looks like something a passenger car might have and passenger service ended in 1977. That doesn't really narrow it down much.
