Found about 24 of these 10 Inch Plates I have no clue what they are all they say is Trader China and then "decorative purpose only not for use for food may poison food" and then they have a little rectangular box off to the side with 1-18 in the box. Does anybody know anything about these? possibly what time period? Or their worth? Or the type of art or birds on them? are they possibly satsuma?
The poison warnings on lead bearing porcelain began in the 1980s, so the plates will not be any older than that. This is a little strange, I don't know what anyone could do with 24 decorative only plates.
