At least the stamp on the back suggests that. I recently inhereted 2 plates that seem to be identicle except the numbers on the back. They are 10 inch plates. Does anyone know anything about them. I have absolutely no knowledge and have yet to find anything similar.

Your mark, rotated 90 degrees clockwise, reads in three columns top down and right to left: "Great Qing, Qianglong, Period Make". The Qianlong reign in the Qing dynasty lasted from 1736 to 1795. The mark is a fantasy here. The poison warning dates your plate after 1980, and is based on its lead content. Lead compounds fired at low temperatures and so were economical for porcelains. There is similar piece with a more modern mark two postings back.
