Found this lamp during trash night in Brooklyn, but it's missing two of the shades. Will get creative unless anyone has any insight into where I might be able to replace them. No makers mark on the lamp. Saw another one similar to it (definitely same company) on a vintage site, but the post said that it also had no makers mark. The shade is nice, heavy glass, looking for another two or any suggestions. Thanks!
I would keep looking and checking ebay for them.
Very mid-modern, modernism, teak wood with what looks like Mushrooms shades or something like that.
Danish ??
Any thing printed on the metal sockets? As sometimes they have a label of sorts to help in a search...
Is there Green Felt on the bottom??
hi @antiquerose, I didn't see anything printed or stamped anywhere, but I'll check closer on the metal sockets. The posting I saw online of a lamp that was almost certainly (99.9%) made by the same company also stated that there wasn't any markings. But it did state that there was green felt on the bottom, which mine also has. Does that give you any clues? Thanks for the response!
Was just going to say ......Sometimes it might help if you CAREFULLY pull back the green felt to see IF any marks under there.....but be careful as it might tear, so be very, very gentle....and so you can glue it back after you look.
If any marks -- take a pic of them now, so you do not have to pull the felt back ever again.....LOL
Good idea @antiquerose! Thanks. Will try to peel it back. Seems strange that a company would make a lamp as cool as this without a stamp of some sort.
I have a similar lamp and lamp shades but different design (the three glass shades are hanging). One of the shades unfortunately fell and broke last week and I'm also trying to find out how to replace it. Must be the same designer. The glass shades look identical.
I have a similar lamp, and one of the shades broke. Would you be interested in selling the one you have?
Hi @idastrachan, Sorry for the extremely late response. I didn't check look at my profile for many months. Did you ever find replacement shades? I"m still looking. Will keep this one, and try to replace the other two. Would also be willing to buy yours if you ever wanted to part with them.
The lamp is made by Deena Products. Check FB groups for vintage lamps and shades.
