The lady I got these from said they where Bohemian, is she correct ?
They are very light and delicate, hand painted, no signatures that I can find, one has a partial paper label.
Are these marriage glasses or something else, I have never sen before.

I have no idea -- but would take a guess at something like Polish art Glass. Why? Cuz it reminds me of things like this:
