    This bottle was filled 07/85 and is never been open and has a michelob cap.

      I'm pretty sure that bud and michelob are sepret co.'s, some took of the budweiser cap, and stuck a Michelob cap on it. It happens to coke bottles too.

      Thank you, however I believe Anhswer bush makes both brands? Sorry for the bad spelling. After saying this it is possible for someone to do this. Does anyone know if the there was error run of these bottles back in the 80's. Thanks for your comments.

      They are both made by Busch. Things like these happen when workers forget to change supplies on the esembly line, or a single cap gets mixed in. Someone on here has a Budweiser in a green bottle, I think it is. It's a mistake, but not terribly valuable.
