    All I can find out about this is that it's a steamer trunk. Very rare from early 1900's. I want to restore but can't find anything anywhere. HELP!

      Hello. Your trunk is not a Steamer trunk but is more accurately called a Dresser trunk of Bureau trunk (they were sold under both names). Any sturdy conventional, or Wardrobe trunk could, and was, sold as a theatrical a trunk. Your trunk is from the early 1900's, unknown maker. Hope this helps,
