I am trying here....looks something like :
~ Solomach ?
~ Salomache
~ Salamach
Kinda looks that way to me....Did you see anything like the above that I think I see in the signature??
Made in 1994. That's all I got. No hits on the name no matter how I spelled it. :-((((
Salameh was what I'd thought ... It is a difficult one.
Really love this, some people are so good at adding bits of clay to make stunning things like your vase. A friend in art class could make small animals with no problem at all ! Yours has the most beautiful small detail !~

Looks like Thai /Bali but who knows signature Salamander ? Just thought I would add my 2 cents...well these days its 1 cents worth
To my eyes signature looks to be " Solomon"
beautiful bust pot! looks like Solameh to me. Israeli? the piece looks Italian, but so does a lot of Israeli pottery.

Very difficult to read, maybe a picture taken right from the front of the signature. I tried to invert the colors to make it more readable but I guess this angle makes the pic to miss some details.
I thought Salamander as well, and there is a Salamander Pottery, but appears to be a gallery.

No luck yet...it appears to read Salaamah (or ending with "l" or "s") or Salaanah (or Salaanal or Salaanas) but any of these returned any pertinent results on Google. Will keep trying.

no clue here yet......but the hair reminds me of those Iceland pottery vases we had VET. You know.....the GLIT ( Iceland ) Ceramic Vases fat lava type....??
maybe it is from their or influenced by those items....???

The GLIT pieces have lava inclusions ROSE .... the hair is all constructed on this one and is less 'dangerous' !!!
