It is a working oscillator. It is 13 inches tall. Chromed blades. Unusual cone at center. Couldn't find one like it on line.

Well, you got my attention. What else do you have ? No other markings ?
Eskimo fans was a brand made by McGraw electric which was an Al Bersted run company. I am thinking this is 1930s from one of Al Bersted's companies. That is based on it being an Eskimo fan.
It is a cross over fan. They started out being made by United Electric and then in the mid 30s Bersted bought United Electric and it became Eskimo. Up to this point Bersted only made small appliances. This was there first venture into fans. The cobweb guard came out in 1939.
