Arte Vargas Paperweight from Canada. Pretty colors. Fits perfectly in the palm of my hand. Not sure if small hands or paperweight?

I've never seen one of these for sale locally 2nd hand. I find his vases here and there and buy the odd one I find splendid. Robert Held hearts (doesn't sign everything) I can find a half doz. or more a year......just never an Arte Vargas (signs everything). I'll pop by his studio 2moro for a look and see what's up with the hearts. I don't recall seeing them last time I was there, but they should be there somewhere I'd imagine. Nice find btw.
