Erie Ticket Agent Stamps

These stamps were used by the Erie / Erie-Lackawanna agent at the Ramsey, NJ train station. I was friendly with the long time Ramsey agent, who started out his career with the EL. When NJ Transit closed the agency several years ago the retiring agent gave me these stamps that were found after a long sleep in a desk drawer. I cherish these for two reasons. They came from a now departed friend and also the fact that the Radburn - Fair Lawn stamp is for my home station where I have spent many days railfanning. It will always remain a personal memory of my train loving youth.
