Need help identifying this tool my wife inherited from her dad. Ferruled wooden handle holds cylindrical tool which is about 5/16" in diameter. There is an outer spring-loaded sleeve that can be slid up toward the handle. At full compression, a small metal projectile appears (about the diameter of a pencil lead) at the end. It appears it might be used to dislodge something at the bottom of a cylindrical hole. Any help in id would be appreciated. -Charlie
