From the same thrift shop as my Japanese plate.

I often go to it as, somehow, they get a lot of good plates in.

I don't know anything on it. I just thought it pretty and thought I could get more out of it than the 99 cents it was priced at.

I believe the Imari patterns are most often Japanese. Beautiful plate.

Imari patterns have been copied by many potteries from around the world, so you should concentrate on the marks on the underside. You can start at gotheborg.com where you can search through Japanese and Chinese porcelain marks and try to identify the marks on your plates.
