    Another Supermoon! ... and this one is supposed to be the closest until 2034. Today was ideal, a crystal clear day with no clouds predicted at the time of the rising moon. Driving around, I finally found an interesting view in Waverly, MN. with a classically architected 1884 church to add perspective.

    During some test shots, flocks of migrating geese crossed the field of view ... but no moon. Really ... geese? Shouldn’t they be enjoying southern weather by now? Anyhow, the supermoon finally peeked through the tree-line about 4:55 pm central. At the same time, one last flock appeared. Good enough for an interesting twilight pic (second picture).
