MYSTERY NATIVE AMERICAN STERLING TURQUOISE BELT BUCKLE

I am stumped by this one!
Is this awesome stone a Robin Egg turquoise complete with the speckles, or perhaps a Stormy Mountain?
A complete and unique hallmark, complete with a pictograph image of an animal and the initials S.W.D. I think, but am not sure that the first letter is an S. I feel confident that this is an authentic early pawn piece, but am unable to confirm this.
Any help from the CW family would be greatly appreciated.
