I'm just really curious about this plate, my mother gave it to me in the late 80s, early 90s. I use to collect bradford exchange plates in the 80s and still have a them packed away. Any help in identifying this plate would be greatly appreciated! I've looked for hours and just can't seem to find anything.

Looks like the four characters on the top in the circle say: superior dragon lucky phoenix..... i think

And the mark on the back
The reading from the top down right to left says Luo Sen
I'm not 100% on the other two characters so I won't guess. But I found the right half of this stamp matched a stamp on this website (the left half is different so I don't know if it helps):

      https://water silk dragon.wordpress.com

On that website it says there was a Luo Sen Chang company or artist... hope someone else can do better than me :-)

I should have said I'm not an expert in Chinese ceramics, I'm just a Chinese language student. Hopefully you can find someone who can help you properly :-)
