This Loetz tango vase arrived a few weeks ago; it is from the Art Deco period, and is unmarked (it came from the UK) - I'd say it dates to about the early 1920's or so. It is enameled with alternating small black flowers and clovers. (I have also seen a similarly shaped example, but with a black bellflower motif.) This vase is quite a nice size; it stands 5-1/4" tall x 5" in diameter.
Beautifully stylish piece Michelle congratulations nice
Thanks so much, Malkey - I am glad you like it! :)
Oh................My, stunning !!
Gorgeous, Michelle. Elegant, pure.....but not stark thanks to the flowers.
krazy good piece, remember me in your will
In the style of Dagobert Peche I think - well done Michelle....beautiful!
Thank you, Rose! :)
sklo, I completely agree - it needs the flowers, doesn't it? :)
Thanks Jericho!! :)

Never goes out of style
Nice!!!!!!!!
Thank you, Gruff, I appreciate it!
Michelle, I have a lot tango in these shapes but yours looks different, could you please measure the round part it the vase? (From the root to where the shape changes and goes straight)
Hi Jericho, sure thing - in height from the top to the bottom, the upper part of the vase above the rounded part is 2", and then the rounded part is 3-1/4".
I think I know what you mean - I have seen other similar shapes but the upper part is a bit shorter and the sides aren't as angled in towards the rim, correct? (Like a bellflower version you posted once?)
Hi Michelleb007, I've just posted two items with similar decor as your tri-handled vase, one of them (the jug) absolutly matching it! I,ve written a little bit information about this beautiful decor. Greetings!
Thank you, Lichnowsky, I am looking forward to reading your posts!
