Tar for the love blunderbuss2 David & Kevin thank you i try my humble best to record sites photographically because the history provenance can be lost so easily
Awesome Malkey, that a bottle so old has been buried so long, dug up mechanically and remains in such good nick.
I guess you spent some time cleaning it lol.
MALKEY, both are wonderful, the poster and the glass, again above and beyond expectations.
Regards
Alan

Two great looking bottles Malkey! I'm assuming the last pic is exactly how you found it. Looking at it just sitting there, freshly unearthed, you must get a rush to find anything, let alone items in such beautiful condition!
Hi Malkey, I think you came just about the time I was taking a break. Your first posts I saw were lovely and I wondered, who's this person. :)
I like your items and energy and I picked this post to love so I don't clog up the site.
But I really feed off of the enthusiasm you have. Look forward to seeing more. :)
Hi Rick 50-50 chance if they come out with full gloss thats the glass bottles this can be dealt with if frosted by a professional cleaner but folk these days like it to be in original condition
but yes that's how there found ,normally with full glaze gloss the stoneware that is

MALKEY, I had seen this fabulous blue bottle and your very creative photo of it when u first posted it but just had the pleasure of a second viewing.
Looking at the pictures from the bottles’ unearthing, a term came to mind that you may not have heard before but, with your sense of humor, you might get a kick out of it: “Hog Heaven”.....as in, “ You must have been in Hog Heaven, rooting around in the dirt, coming up with those bottles”.
I hope that brings a smile to your face today and every day that you have the fun of digging, getting dirty, and getting rewarded with the beautiful bottles you share with CW viewers!
You are precious, as we say in the South!
