Bought at the Salvo's a week ago it remains a bit of a mystery to me. I think it is Bohemian but I really am not sure. It is not perfect. It has some losses on one side ... the one with the plums unfortunately. The other side has well worked blossoms. The apple green is vibrant but does not react to black light. There is a ground pontil on the rounded base.
H: 28 cm or 11.2".
Any help on it would be appreciated.

Love it VET - But I will have to dig around to see if I can find anything as I am kinda clueless to on it -- but Very Pretty. The handles seem to have a small bit of thorns on them?

Wow, what a fabulous find! It's definitely a Victorian era piece - very similar items were made by various English & Bohemian manufacturers. I would have happily snapped this one up if I'd seen it...the combination of fruit & flowers is not seen as often as either applied flowers or fruit alone.
antique rose seems to have found some very good lookalikes, this is lovely !~
Thanks Phil == yes I was just looking at that link of the Steven and Williams ones I posted and going back and forth comparing the Berries, handle thorns etc to see.
It is just a guess yet, but I also think it is looking as a possible maker......... maybe ??

Love it! I think it is a miracle that the vase survived as long as it did; therefore, a little loss just adds to its charm!
What I wanted to say is that I would have bought it as well. It is beautiful!

I would go with harrach on these. In the US anything with applied flowers and fruits carries the Stevens and Williams label.

Love this piece! I'm surprised there is no glow with the blacklight.
