Hello Again,
I bought this at an estate sale yesterday, it's a small but beautiful piece
Solid, heavy for it's size, with a delicate cup & rim. Entirely hand painted with birds, trees, and what may be peony flowers.
It intrigued me with its quality, the cup itself, the delicacy and detail of the painting, and the signature.
Also, it stands approximately 3" inches high.
I warmly welcome any looks, likes, loves, comments and information.
Thank You! T
It is Japanese - Kutani = Nine Valleys. Ciao Tonino !!!

Hello Budek
This is a bajyo-hai style Japanese wine cup used for sake. It is signed Kutani Sei which means Kutani made. It appears to be porcelain though some Kutani ware is made from pottery pottery. The painting and decoration is typical. Yours probably dates from the Meiji Period 1868-1912. Northchuck
Thank You, Northchuck ! Great and welcome information.
Thanks also to Deepseas 72 for the love!
