I have a partial "set" of these type of dishes.
I know that they were brought back to Canada by sailor on one of the tall ships, probably early 1900s.
I cannot read the writing on them , and they're not all the same.
I'd check here .. I don't think it is Satsuma.

Thank you I have quite a few pieces. My wifes grandfather was a carpenter on the tall ships sailing out of Halifax Nova Scotia in the late 18s and early 19s. I guess he brought back souvenirs just like today.
SophietheShopper is a name I know, think it's Lisa Anton, isn't it?
insert ( deviation fluidum of the mark , still AKAE ?)
Well from origen they are grants, orders, from the from the Hirado realm around 1862,in around 1871 subcontracting in the form MAnpozan SHOHO company,
but we are not out of the woods concerning the mark because we got a split1874
And then we got the right mark ( denomination)because it MIKAWACHI
but we need the deviation IMO an type of FUKUMOTO-ZO made bij fukomoto
, you should
and then something strange happends you should expect an more early meijji, IMO it tends to very late mejji , and it looks like an early styling
So it is MIKAWACHI- FUKOMOTO_ ZO 1912 ar a tiny bit up
